Slaughter Fees

Costs are based on hot carcass weight and includes slaughter, up to 14 days of aging for beef and 3 days for other animals, processing, packaging, and waste disposal. 

Additional aging time may be requested. $25 per carcass per day may be charged, depending on cooler rotation. Currently, we are not charging for additional aging time. 

If cut sheets are not received after 7 days for beef or 3 days for other animals, we will cut to our discretion.

All products are packed in boxes that you may take home with you. 

We will call or email you to notify you that your product is ready for pickup.

Beef - $1.25/lb

Per pound of hot carcass weight. 

Minimum charge $700/head

Additional charge for processed or smoked sausages or jerky

Prices are based on raw weight per pound and are in addition to the fresh processsing fee. 

Pork - $1.50/lb

Per pound of hot carcass weight. 

Minimum charge $225/head

Additional charge for processed or smoked sausages

Prices are based on raw weight per pound and are in addition to the fresh processsing fee. 

Lamb & Goat - $250/hd

Per animal, any weight.

Poultry 

Chickens:

$5/hd for whole birds, $10/hd if cut into pieces/cuts

 Minimum charge $125

Turkeys:

$15/hd (under 20 pounds)

$20/hd (over 20 pounds)


Minimum charge $125

Wild Game - $1.50/lb fresh

Includes boning, cutting/trimming, vacuum packaging, and freezing.

Field dressing fees start at $75 per animal and may be higher, based on the condition of the animal. 

Skinning fees start at $25 per animal and may be higher depending on animal size and condition, or if hides are requested to be saved for tanning or mounting. 

Note: we may charge extra depending on the condition of the animal and the trimming required. Also, yields may be impacted due to condition of the carcass and the amount of trimming required.

Prices are based on raw weight per pound and are in addition to the fresh processsing fee.  Any requested addition of beef or pork fat will be an additional, market price, charge.

Sausage options include: Fresh grind, bulk breakfast, bulk spicy breakfast, bulk Italian, fresh or smoked German, fresh or smoked Polish, Summer Sausage (cheese and jalapeños optional).
